"Mass aggregation of public information can be abusive and wrong" - I agree completely, but that's a different practice than doxxing, which is digging up sensitive info with intent to harm someone. Facebook does the former but not the latter.

LinkedIn is already mass aggregation. You can search for DHS or ICE and it'll show you everyone who says they work there.
