Now do strlcpy/strlcat.

And not using aes, openbsd uses chacha20 which is much better for software implementation.

Cool that glibc is arc4random. A little odd with the "let's add some security properties later" attitude. Reseeding and backtrack protection are basic parts of a cryptographically secure pseudo-random number generator AFAIK.
-
Real security properties later but MADV_WIPEONFORK snake oil now...
-
Also not using AT_RANDOM as a reliable fallback if all the other sources are unavailable.

If/when you add it, please also add arc4random_addrandom(), even if it's a nop. FreeBSD and NetBSD export this.
-
Sortix also doesn't have arc4random_addrandom. I forgot what your use of it was. It seems I haven't added arc4random_stir, I do find that one useful and should implement it (useful in a few places like init).

Honestly maybe should have already? It's a reasonable well-known interface for necessary functionality.
