The claim that "lost" and "forcibly separated at border" groups don't overlap seems false.
Six months ago, a single phone call campaign had failed to find about 1500 of 7000+ kids placed with Sponsors. That's it. Just phone calls. This was from a set of Kids who were said to have arrived alone. As long as ICE CBP or whomever isn't misclassifying the kids, then no.
