I don't like giving estimates, I haven't designed anything with such fine details before, there's many things that can go wrong.

still quite impressed that with state of the art manufacturing processes I can fit the circuitry on a 2 layer board

unfortunately due to the very fine trace and via sizes, there's not many manufacturers around the world that can produce it.
