As with all @theresa_may's pledges of financial help this is a long-grass promise, in this case, in 2 year's time. As she constantly changes her mind & fails to keep promises & unlikely she will be PM in 2 year's time these 'bribes' are meaningless & manipulative.
I suspect fewer @UKLabour MPs will vote for May's so-called deal because of today's cack-handed, maladroit and corrupt attempt at bribery; rather than more.
