    We already pay District schools for that. Look at the data—I see majority illiteracy and it’s even worse for students with learning disabilities that have IEPs. Illiteracy is inequity in public education—#illiteracy is the epitome of racism—ask Douglass &/or Angelou. pic.twitter.com/RqyKSxYKLW
