      I had to get an attorney to request school records today - they keep refusing to provide them. They have 5 days to comply. Haven't provided his IEP since Jan 2019. No parent should have to get a lawyer for their kids education. #InvestigateIDEA #mostvulnerable #right2FAPE

      My son was assaulted by four boys in a soundproof room in school, kicked and punched in the head. Six months on the school are still protecting his attackers. Is there anyone out there who can help me please?

      My son gave a statement as a victim, then I was informed that the CPS were now calling it an affray because my son punched one of the boys. He was then questioned under caution and found out on 11th Jan that all charges against all boys were being dropped

      Who made the decision to drop the charges? Did your son act in self defence when punching, how many other boys attacked him?

      The CPS decided this. He punched one boy once in self defence. He was attacked by four boys who are still goading him and my other son the deputy head boy in the corridors. It sounds like I'm making this up, but have written and recorded proof of all of it.

      The cps aren’t fit for purpose. The same is true of crimes like rape. If there’s no witness, they don’t prosecute so there’s no justice.

      You’re right, but there were witnesses. The school’s “safeguarding officer” advised the parents of 2 witnesses that their son’s education could suffer if they had to testify in court. They’ve both put that in writing.

      Yes, it happens. Sadly, if it involves illegal immigrants it is worse. My Students went on the Dr. Drew Pinsky show to tell their story. #StopChildTrafficking
