      I am a firm believer that there needs to be an outside agency that does surprise sit ins and reviews iep's. I mean we have #Osha, unions, and hundreds of other oversight related committee's but, nothing to protect our most vulnerable? Wt actual f?

      Teachers unions would never allow an independent agency to oversee them. They don't even want kids to be tested because it shows how miserably they are failing to educate. They claim it's evil rich people making money from the tests and they are but that's only 1/2 the story.

      Everybody on all sides of the political spectrum has lost their way unless they understand that learning to read is best taught using real science, which has taught past generations to be literate: a multisensory phonetic approach which is taught systematically is best.

      I suspect there’s a lot more to this than this oversimplification of the situation. There’s a lot of political theater going on out there, a lot of fake posturing to manipulate those w/out knowledge & facts of true situations, so tread w/caution.
