2014-15, I was not able to go on an European Cruise because my phone would not go global. My phone was inadvertently disconnected only to reconnect on another device. Anyone ever experience a whole new contact list?pic.twitter.com/RIzJp6qi9w

Who are these people? This was not my contact list. I actually printed out my list from my computer. I also on occasion would get slides of other prople’s photos on my tv . I started taking pictures of my tv.

I cancelled my cruise as who would take a cruise out of the country with someone else’s contact list on your phone. Where did my contact list go? It was deleted? Think about that people? Losing all your names & numbers on your cell phone w/a complete stranger

The numbers showed up on a different device. It was an old flip phone. My 5S iPhone did not work properly for years. It was as if on remote. I exchanged it out with Verizon over 6 times. I attempted to close the account # and was told it couldn’t be done
