There was a recent fire at the Walmart Supercenter at 2501 Lakeview Parkway in Rowlett. Officials are assessing the damage in order to re-open the store as soon and as safely as possible. Patrons can utilize the Garland Walmart Supercenters at 555 W I-30 and 5302 N. Garland Ave.

What a very special Opening Day of Texas’ 88th Legislative Session! It felt like we were getting back to normal with so many folks all a a flutter around the Capitol! We began the day with prayer, as I was selected to close out Texas Impact’s Interfaith Service on the south steps
