Im in the U.K. - does this mean women who've had c-sections will be denied medical insurance?

it means your insurance rate will be based on your pre-existing condition. Not "denied" just can't afford.

Well they could also be denied. W/0 ACA protections, can be dropped from insurance for pre-existing cond, be denied when trying to buy new

Exactly because every doctor I know will want do a C-section again if you have already had one. So yes, it is considered a pre-existing.

They also made rape and being a victim of domestic violence preexisting conditions now as well. There's no defending it.
