Then we can look at the NHANES study by the CDC I mentioned, which found higher levels and rates of cancer causing strains of HPV among circumcised over intact men. That's from 2015. Or we can look outside the USA, to countries that do not circumcise and have much lower rates.

And there are two other issues here, one, STD cannot be a valid reason for forcing this decision on an infants' behalf, infants don't have sex, they don't get STD, if you're looking at STD then you need to wait for sexual maturity, at which point the teen can make his decision>>

2> and two, HPV has a vaccine, this renders a disputed surgical prevention moot, as there are non surgical options. Like anything else surgery should be a last resort, unfortunately circumcision is not a last resort, it's not a first resort, it's a prophylactic.
