Exactly, when a man is described as unshaven, the expectation is shaving should be done. When hair is uncombed or unbrushed, the expectation is it should be done. And honestly we can see in the culture still today that expectation that circumcision "should" be done, it isn't >>

2> just the wording used for it, that connotation that "un" means it hasn't been done yet and will be, sure, but avoiding that language, can't hurt. Not to mention avoiding the word circumcised altogether, since due to the latin roots it sounds medical.
