People in my mentions who are trying to defend Grievance Studies by saying that "a lot of good work" is also coming out of those fields: you're going to have to give examples. So far the number of pieces of good work people have pointed me to is at zero.

2> I believe in people having agency over their own bodies, and there's a lot of things people do with their bodies I never would with mine, like tattoos, piercings, or other body modifications, but I believe they should have the right to do it. The issue is denying that right.

I got a PA because of lack of sensitivity. It helps me, but I don't know how much of that is because of BDSM-like confusion of pleasure receptors. If I were to top in sex while still sore from piercing or stretching, my risk of STIs would go up from potential blood exposure.

What is a "PA"?

a Prince Albert piercing.

It's a piercing in the penis that goes in the underside and out the urethral opening. I've heard it helps with sensitivity issues in cut men by changing how things feel for them, I've never had a partner with one really so couldn't say from first hand though.
