Today’s 1pm joint hearing with @ydanis & @MarkTreyger718 will investigate why NYC came to a standstill during the 11/15 snow storm. We must ensure that high priority vehicles such as school buses and ambulances can operate even in unforeseen circumstances and inclement weather.
