On September 18, my YouTube channel got hacked. After numerous emails, paid phone calls to Google's direct support hotline and being sent a link to the YouTube channel password recovery process over a dozen times, nothing has changed after almost a month of waiting. @TeamYouTube

It took forever just to manage to find a real life human being to contact about this, then it took even longer to find someone who KNEW what I was talking about, and even longer than that to find someone who supposedly knew how to help me.

And after all that, the only words that anyone I managed to speak with could offer me was "your case is being worked on". No status regarding the status of "the case" or mention of who exactly was working on "the case.

Was all probably just a bunch of pretty words to get the irrelevant content creator to shut up. Sorry I wasn't worth helping. Sorry my 2000+ videos and 7+ years of hard work and devotion to your brand wasn't good enough.

This is absolutely heartbreaking. I'm so sorry this all happened to you! If you ever need to talk, I'm here.
