So u drink and drive , resist arrest , strike an officer , steal his taser , turn n face said officer and fire the taser at him potentially rendering him unable to defend himself , lose his weapon n get shot to death .. makes sense .

agreed, this was in no way a justifiable homicide since his life was not in danger nor happened with malice, they over-charged. Prosecution 101 is getting a guilty verdict as your main goal and they made it that much harder.
