Will there be discovery (I haven't practiced in a while -- and know nothing about libel lawsuits)? But, boy, I hope so...

No law degree here, but that’s exactly what I thought. At the very least, a plaintiff balking on discovery in their own libel suit will not play well in front of a federal judge.
