  17. Going to just leave this here once again... Amazon won’t just become a shipping company, or even a great shipping company. Amazon will become THE benchmark in the shipping industry and commercialize their excess capacity. Shipping will be their next AWS. RIP Fedex, UPS et al

  21. I’m going to go with answer (f) None of the above. There’s no technology that will transform retail. What will transform retail is creativity, ingenuity, and design thinking. Technology is just the mortar that fills in the gaps between experiential bricks.
