Ugh. I need someone that can help me. @YouTube creator support is just an automated system. A human (like me) emails youtube, and a robot (who calls itself Ken! Lol) replies back with a binned/canned-copy/paste reply. @YTCreators my comments are disabled and I post tech videos.
Good luck. My comments have been disabled for months and I can't get them to fix it even know they acknowledged it's a mistake. The customer support person I'm working with just keeps telling me she's still working on with internal team. @TeamYouTube ignores me completely on here

same here. This automated robot (who calls itself KEN) keeps copying and pasting the same binned reply. I can't get a human to look at it and realize it's a mistake.
