Tonight we honor peace officers who have lost their lives in service to the their communities. Under normal circumstances, we would gather in the nation’s capitol for and take part in a candlelight vigil. Please take a moment and reflect on the lives of the fallen.

This is Officer Breann Leath. Tragically gunned down by a violent criminal, Officer Leath led a life of significance — a life that mattered. She was 24 years old & had wanted to wear blue since she was a kid. My prayers to her family.
