Yesterday I found a disk labelled as the second best game in England - I’ve now found ‘the best game’ in that pile. It’s now ‘official’ Xenon 2 takes the crown.

A couple of years ago I discovered a small leak in my storage unit that must had been there for a very long time. Thankfully only some game boxes and laptop bags were ruined, could have been so much worse.

Digging through more boxes and found my very dusty collection of broken machines. In the pile to get fixed at some point is 2 Neo Geo AES, virtual boy, neo geo cd, JVC Saturn console, neo geo pocket and a Spectrum toast rack to name but a few.

Gaming Memories:
Back in the day I remember seeing a preview of Donkey Kong Country and being blown away. I was then further surprised it was a Snes running it and not the upcoming Ultra 64.
Still have a soft spot for this game despite being very bad at it nowadays

Popped into World of Stuff today in Horsforth in Leeds. Great little shop full of all sorts, nice to see some retro games too 😀
They will also be doing late night openings too on Thursdays ready for Xmas.

We have been renovating the house over the last few months and now finally able to start bringing the collection back from storage. Loads more to bring back yet but great to finally have a dedicated space to put it.
