Hi all, our Twitter account was briefly suspended for unknown reasons but our account has now been restored. We have been collating information all over Twitter and Facebook in the last four hours and we will continue to do so until number of persons needing rescue drops to ZERO.

#ManilaEncounters The UP Diliman Main Library used to have 9 floors, but now it has less than half of that number. The old elevator, though, still visits all 9. One wonders what it sees when the doors open.

IN PHOTOS: Scenes in Marikina after floods hit the city following heavy and continuous downpour on Saturday. Thousands of city residents were evacuated to safety as Marikina River’s water level also reached critical heights.
