This budget is a joke. It cuts $13 TRILLION from Medicare, Medicaid, and Social Security to pay for tax cuts, unpaid for wars, and increases in defense while assuming a 61% increase in GDP over 10 years.
The GOP is afflicted with incurable insanity.
