Nauru has one of the leading and most modern hospitals in the Pacific, staffed by medical practitioners & specialists from around the world. Both locals and refugees receive free medical care and medication. #realstory

Surely the ABC can spare $7000 from its $1B funding? I think it’s more the point that Nauru is a sovereign state & has the undeniable right to control its borders.

Please know that there are many Australians who despise the actions of our countryment who, in their abyssmal ignorance, discredit the Republic of Nauru and, at the same time, show no respect to our own medical teams. So glad you banned the ABC recently.

Is this the same country that over mined their resources and then couldn’t afford to keep Naru House?

No WE over mined their resources then a group of foreign advisers swindled them out of something like 300 million dollars in total. It is a long and sordid story that one.https://www.nytimes.com/1995/12/10/world/a-pacific-island-nation-is-stripped-of-everything.html …

It's a sad fact that 90% of human population live in sub-optimal environments. But the medical/educational facilities provided to the Nauruan population is far better than where the immigrants hailed from. Should the entire population of Nauru be evacuated if it's such a hellhole

Australian taxpayers pay the bills $1,000,000.00 per refugee which paid to build Hospital, Housing, computer rooms, clothing, games, soccer field and more! Don't forget 2,000 of them sued Australia & received $350,000 & still want the door opened to them pfft!
