Already, access to abortion care (and the health risks associated with a lack thereof) are heavily determined by both geography and income. Without Roe v. Wade, this would get dramatically worse.

We would have a situation where millions of women in certain states would either have to travel to states where abortion is legal, which only wealthy women can do, or have the procedure illegally, which would also be expensive and dangerous.

More pregnant people would die, not less. More people would be taken advantage of and harmed by people like Dr. Gosnell (his actions are the direct result of Pa.’s strict restrictions on abortion care.)

Back to "state's rights" and a patchwork system? Volunteer underground groups of women distributing abortion meds to those in need? Return to women teaching abortion procedures to each other, as was done before Roe? Also: forced births, avoidable female deaths.
