and Chief Newsham. I’m proud to deliver funding for the Dept to conduct a use of force study that will build on the great work they do here to prepare officers to go out and serve the PWC community.

As a taxpayer in PWC for over 25 years I want to know who will be conducting the use of force study. It should not be the University of Texas (UTSA) that conduct the study for the FCPD. That was a flawed study that painted the entire FCPD as racist.
