This move by the administration will make it harder for Americans serving our country overseas to have families. This also appears to be an initial step towards ending birthright citizenship, something which the president has threatened to do—and which would be unconstitutional.

Today USCIS issued guidance that DHS "no longer considers children of U.S. government employees and U.S. armed forces members residing outside the United States as 'residing in the United States' for purposes of acquiring citizenship” -- uscis.gov/sites/default/

It is a throw back to the end of World War 2 and Korea when American servicemen fell jn love with Japanese and Korean women and having kids. The U. S. was the only who wouldn't allow these women in the country. The law was repealed in 1953. If u and Jerry are in Orl. Stay safe
