9A say the powers & rights not enumerated in the Constitution & Amendments are the prerogative of the people. Since abortions are not explicitly in Constitution & Amendments, that power belongs to the people (through the states). That’s how a strict constructionist interprets 9A
Pro life should include the life of the pregnant. I would prefer the opinions of doctors to the opinions of politians. Traveling should not require court permission.
Just maybe this will make drunken one night stands less and yes it is the woman at fault
