Noble cause. Try to find ancillary benefits that would help the disabled receiving the smallest amounts. They’re suffering trying to live off of $1,000 a month.

Do us elderly Illinoisians a favor, please. Get our garnishments on Student Loans stopped permanently. I live on $822/month after garnishment. I'm already classified as extremely low income, but my bills are calculated on gross, not net. This really isn't living.

Thank you. Please also raise the income limits for retired recipients. After the money is taken from them, they get old and if they make over a certain amount it is reduced forcing them to live in poverty when they are too old to work! They must be allowed a decent income!
