Earlier this year, the House passed one of my first bills, the Veterans’ Care Quality Transparency Act, along with three other bills to ensure veterans receive quality mental health and suicide prevention services from the VA and outside providers.

I also introduced the Caring for Women Veterans Act to ensure the VA has resources to fulfill its mission of providing care for all veterans. As the number of women veterans grows, we must modernize VA facilities to ensure they can provide comprehensive services for all veterans.

@VetAffairsDems are also committed to improving wait times for veterans seeking care at VA facilities. In July, we held a hearing to address this concern and ensure that veterans can access care in a timely manner.Show this thread -
