No American should be denied coverage because of a pre-existing condition. My bill HR 1010 would end the sale of junk plans and protect people with pre-existing conditions.
They keep saying they will protect people with pre existing conditions, BUT not what they will allow insurers to charge....

Thank you! I live in a state (AZ) w/ one of the worst indiv. markets in the USA, so I get why these plans are initially attractive. But if ppl buy these plans & end up needing care that's excluded, not only is it not covered - but they'll pay 10-20x more b/c no insurer discount.
