Integrating doulas and midwives is such an amazong idea
. I wish I had a doula or midwife when I was in the hospital with my son. Nurses kept ignoring me when I explained closeness of contractions. -
I ended up with a delivery without pain relief, but the potential consequences for others is much, much worse when healthstaffers ignore them.

Love Warren but her idea made no sense. You can't compute Black Maternal Mortality rates for individual hospitals -- the numbers are too small. She should endorse the program that Harris has proposed.
