Growing up in the desert, I learned at an early age that water is scarce and water matters for our future.

You can put a filter on a cig. You can make it menthol. You can make it smaller. You can put in liquid form. It doesn't hide the fact it's bad for you. Without a true wall, tough border security and stricter legal immigration, all these pet packages don't matter.
