The AUMF doesn't give him the authority to do this. Congress needs to stop ceding its Constitutional power to the executive branch. It hurts our country every time you just let this stuff pass. These tweets are not enough.
However, the President must work with Congress to devise a bipartisan plan that sets a clearly defined strategy and goals for Syria. (2/2)
