While I am in favor of retaining SALT, you must let the civil service and teachers fund their own health care and pensions. The current system is neither equitable or responsible.

#TaxReform will also hurt our economy as grad students quit school bc their tuition grants are taxed. We won't have anymore doctors or nurses with specialties requiring Masters.
