I think it is the correct decision. If you want to change how things work have the states individually change the rules in how they do this. You will see the Dems in NY even before this decision using their power to keep a large democratic hold on the NY delegation.

Yes, one way in correcting this for the aggrieved Democrats is to work to make sure the state legislatures are in their own hands and gerrymander. But is it right? What is right is to partition the states as geographically equitable and fair as possible regardless of party.
