100 years ago today, the House of Representatives voted in support of the 19th Amendment, paving the way for the ratification process that culminated with American women winning full voting rights in 1920.

NY was the epicenter of the women's suffrage w/pioneers like Elizabeth Cady Stanton and Susan B. Anthony leading the charge.
