He doesn’t have the power to mandate this. If government could mandate the vaccine for federal employees & contractors, it would require a vote of Congress. It’s medical tyranny. Funny you should say that since the late Roman Empire was beset by waves of pandemics it had no vaccinations to prevent. The effects of the pandemics contributed to the fall. Shall we do the same when we do have the vaccine?
