In many large plants the company is responsible for policing themselves. The FDA doesn't inspect all plants anyway.

The whole system needs to be reorganized to reduce carbon foot print. The current system is unsustainable, benefits the few large distributers, and hurts small farmers.

Do you understand that meat plant workers are literally dying on the job right now and many are infected and that's why the plants are closing down? is that what you want to see happen all over the country?

This would require Congress to vote with peoples’ interests in mind as opposed to propping up those most likely to keep them in power. They’d rather we all starve to death so long as it maintains their grip on power. (Or perhaps “grippe.”)
