You’re concerned with marijuana? 1982 and Nancy Reagan must be stoked at this idea. Where a lot of states have already legalized marijuana your bill is behind the times.

Actually in those states it’s still illegal for a marijuana user to purchase a gun. Says so right on the 4473. My bill would fix that problem.

Oops misread your post. My bad. Good luck.

That is laughable! Alcohol is the main culprit you idiot!! Plus, how about all the Wall Street cocaine users; you’ll need to add them too!

-
The bill is to eliminate the question from the form, not to add it to the form.

After all, reading comprehension can be difficult!

Damnit
@RepThomasMassie - you sure you're in the right party? We've been patiently waiting for you over here at@LPNational -
As much as I’d like to see more libertarians elected, Kentucky’s 4th district only has 0.3% registered libertarians. Maybe their general election isn’t rigged like it is here in California but, I have a feeling Massie running as a Libertarian would probably not be successful.

I love my Liberty Republican brethren - my brother from another mother is a GOP County Committee chair - but I’m trans and would be very uncomfortable among the rank and file - but

kick down the door, put your feet up on the coffee table like you own the place. if someone’s uncomfortable, its their problem

Agreed, the long term solution is to make the GOP more like the LP, rather than expecting a miracle in the shape of LP overtaking GOP

Can you get all the other questions removed also?
-
How about just abolish the form and the originating agency? Background checks can be done with one form of ID.

Good use of your common sense. Who's more of a danger anyways? An alcoholic or pothead?
-
I rolled up on many domestic abuse calls and not once did I treat a victim who had been violently attacked because the abuser smoked too much pot. Alcohol is a very different story.
