Appointing a mega suppressor of human rights into the Human Rights Council is one of the most ridiculous things happened to the UN. Another more ridiculous thing is that China has been a permanent member of the UN Security Council, while it's aggression to the world accelerates.
China’s appointment to the @UN_HRC given its own horrible record on #HumanRights is beyond ridiculous. Proud to cosponsor @repSteube bill H.Res.919 calling out the #UN for this misguided decision & expect that they recognize the millions of oppressed people in #China.
