Taiwan know very well China's behaviors and schemes. The world has already seen the consequences that let China bully Taiwan and exclude Taiwan from global organizations. It is serious time to let Taiwan participate all global organizations to prevent more huge global disasters.

Just forget about untrustworthy WHO. US should withdraw from UN and it’s related organisations and form your own regional health organisation with democratic allies.
