When China borrow billions dollars from World Bank, they distribute same amount of money to other countries for their one belt one road project, are Wolrd bank assisting China to develop the dream of authoritative regime expansion?
I don’t understand how did China pass the World Bank’s assessment to be qualified for the fund when the country invests billions in other places through Belt and Road, certainly there are countries who need this fund better than China
