The primary cause of the Peace Corps is for young Americans to serve as “missionaries of democracy.” Does our country no longer promote democracy? Or, is this another “drug deal” to gain China’s interference in our 2020 presidential election in Trumps behalf?
I commend the @PeaceCorps for discontinuing operations in #China. China isn't a developing nation by any standard & has more than enough resources to provide for its own people rather than rely on taxpayer-funded missions that should be serving populations with greater needs.
