I've been speaking and working with producers all across FL and the country to identify their immediate and long term needs. This coming week I will be holding more listening sessions in central and south FL to continue those conversations.

I agree with most but do have a few concerns. 1. Participant required to pay Social Security and Medicare taxes but not alliwed participation in programs. Migrant workers should not bear the burden of past congressional blunders.

2. If participants are required to secure health insurance, a commercial plan must be established for affordable insurance. A worker should not be working just to purchase insurance. I suggest employer participation.
