Republicans simply can't govern. They control all three branches of government and have the power to keep government open – and yet instead, Republicans are shutting down government and hurting people in the middle of holidays & a time of great economic uncertainty. A travesty.

Average SNAP recipient is on it for 10 months. Farmers have been getting welfare for decades, but you call them “subsidies.” Plus, states implementing work requirements have shown to cost more because of higher admin costs! You’re full of it...
