You are correct. Everyone from the SNAP recipients on down to farmers, mfgrs and shipping / transportation companies will be adversely affected with this bill! But that doesn't matter as this administration has no ability to be forward thinking about the supply side of things.

Best way to avoid hunger is the creation of jobs for all people, specially minorities. Return dignity to the people. Prevent the infiltration of ilicit drugs and traffic of arms and dangerous people. Return good education and discipline in schools. Graduate teachers!
