Doesn't matter if it's slapdash or ironclad. It's illegal to make GS employees sign non-governmental NDAs of any sort in their official capacity.
Trump’s NDAs attempt to skirt the 1st Amendment! It’s all about him with no clue about the role of a president. Disturbing that well after 8 AM on a Monday morning he is watching Sean Hannity on Fox in his bedroom when he should be in the Oval Office receiving a daily briefing!

Senior White House staff are government employees (public) not Trump employees so he shouldn't be threatening them with NDA's to begin with. When are you all going to stop all allowing this foolishness?
