Why is there not already a law in existence which blocks any WH employee from having any access to secure info until they have permanent clearance?

The security clearance is fine, just remove the individuals that don't have clearances. That would be the job of the general.

So your ok with people who could be compromised by a foreign government handling top secret documents? Oh wait! You’re a Trump supporter. 13 indictments have just been handed down on Russian officials for interfering in our election and Trump still won’t impose sanctions.

I believe I said he won’t impose Russian sanctions did I not? Yet you overlooked my question about letting people with no security clearance handle top secret government documents that could be comprised by a foreign government.
